The counselling staff at Palmer is committed to assisting students achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. Counsellors can help students and their parents in various ways -
Orientation to the school
Individual counselling for students
Guidance in course selection
Information for educational / career planning
Liaison between students, teachers and parents
Referral to community and professional services
Please also note that Mr. Plut will be on leave after January 24th 2025. Effective at the start of semester 2, Ms. White will be taking over as counsellor for his students and the grade 8 students will be assigned to a counsellor based on last name.
