The counselling staff at Palmer is committed to assisting students achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally.  Counsellors can help students and their parents in various ways -

Orientation to the school

Individual counselling for students

Guidance in course selection

Information for educational / career planning

Liaison between students, teachers and parents

Referral to community and professional services

 

Palmer’s Counselling Department is now fully staffed; the updated grade 8-12 alpha split is listed below.  Reminder that students see the counsellor assigned based on their last names.  Students are assigned a specific counsellor for the purpose of support and academic guidance, but may choose to work with whichever counsellor they prefer.
