When you apply to the Officer Training Program you are applying to a job, as an Officer Cadet, your job is to study for 4 years and then you become a Marine Engineering Officer.  Note: you will need to upload your high school transcripts and if applicable proof of enrollment in the required courses.  The educational requirements are:
