2025’s Grad Committee is very excited to be hosting Palmer’s Dinner DanceThe evening will include a delicious buffet dinner, dancing, a photo backdrop and fun activities led by Grad Committee; your ticket cost includes all this plus transportation to and from the event! Please note that there are no additional tickets available for students to purchase.

 

Date: Monday, June 23, 2025
Time: 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Venue: Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown, 1128 Hastings St, Vancouver, BC
Departure: Arrive at Palmer by 4:15 p.m. for group photo and bus transportation

 

Event Highlights:

  • Buffet dinner, dancing, photo backdrop, and activities
  • Transportation to and from the venue included
  • No additional tickets available

Important Notes:

  • 4:15 p.m. – Arrive at Palmer lounge
  • 4:30 p.m. – Grad 2025 group photo
  • 5:45–6:00 p.m. – Arrive at Marriott (security checks at entrance)
  • No in/out privileges for students– re-entry not allowed
  • Event ends at 10:30 p.m.; return to Palmer by 11:15 p.m.
  • Students not attending Dry Grad must be picked up at Palmer at 11:00 p.m.- front parking lot
  • School rules apply throughout the event

 

 


🌙 Dry Grad Celebration

Date & Time: Monday, June 23 at 11:00 p.m. – Tuesday, June 24 at 5:00 a.m.
Location: RC Palmer Gym
Hosted by: Dry Grad Parent Committee

What to Know:

  • Entertainment and food all night
  • Students will be supervised
  • No extra tickets available
  • No student in/out privileges
  • Students attending Dry Grad Celebration MUST drop off change of clothes duffel bag/backpack on Sunday June 22 1pm to 4pm – Palmer Gym Doors

Clothing Duffel Bag/Backpack Drop-Off:

  • When: Sunday, June 22, 2025, from 1:00–4:00 p.m.
  • Where: Palmer exterior gym doors entrance
  • What to Bring:
    • Casual clothes (sweats, t-shirts, runners)
    • Comfortable shoes or slides
    • Hanger and garment bag for formal wear
    • Toiletries required for the evening
    • Phone charger
    • No food or drinks in bags
  • Duffel Bags/backpacks and garment bag must be labeled with full student names and will be checked by parent volunteers

Dismissal: Students will be released at 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 24.
