Today is Wednesday, September 25th and it's National Quesadilla Day!
Why was the quesadilla a terrible comedian? Because its jokes were too corny!
Are you in grade 10, 11 or 12 and interested in getting credit for a language you already know? If you speak French, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Punjabi, Farsi, or Spanish, you may be eligible to take a challenge exam for credit. Come to an information session on the Language Challenge Exam process on Thursday October 3rd at lunch in room 124. Typed applications with photo and payment are due to your counsellor by October 24th.
RCP Club Français is selling delicious croissants as part of French culture! Drop by on Thursday lunch at the lounge and pre-order your croissants for just $2.50 each. Other variants include jam, nutella, and ham & cheese. We will also be selling croissants next Thursday at lunch for $3.50 while supplies last. Palmer’s Club Français of last year is returning this year as a French Speaking Club. If you want to learn how to speak the French language come after school on Thursday to Room 122. Former members are invited to attend as well as new French learners looking for opportunities to practice their listening and speaking skills. A bientôt!
