As a school, as we continue to grow, we are seeing the need for the school community to revisit Palmer Pride with our students, staff and parents. As we look to the next school year, we look towards building on our school story of connectedness but more specifically focusing on Palmer Pride and what does it mean –staff are looking to explore Palmer Pride in the upcoming school year and look to creating a Palmer Pride Matrix with student /staff collaboration. Conversations or scanning of students and staff have shown the need for the school community to take steps to re-connect with Palmer Pride. As a staff, we met late in the school year to discuss some next steps as a school community. Some of the steps being considered are:

Revisiting Palmer Pride Matrix- providing exemplars for Pride in the school community- classes, non-instructional time, online citizenship, within the neighbouring community

Activating Student Voice around Palmer Pride
