September 2018 was anticipated as a lot of change for Palmer Secondary.  With the retirement of Diane Smith, Principal for the past 4 years, the start of my term as the new Principal, and a large staff turnover due to the opportunities for teachers to move in a teacher shortage enviroment, the focus for Palmer required allignment.  In September 2018, we took advantage of these changes to re-focus our purpose and goals for enhancing student learning.  My beleif is that the most important factor in enhancing student learning are teachers.  Through in Inquiry lens, we engaged teachers on reflecting on their impact.
