Daily Notices - April 23rd 2026

 All AP Students who are writing an AP Exam need to attend a meeting in the Library at lunch time on April 29th – this is a mandatory meeting – if you do not attend you may be at risk of not being able to write your AP exam. 

Ready to start university early? Enrol in a dual credit KPU program in Biomedical & Health Science or Business in semester two of grade 12. The School District pays tuition. The application deadline is May 5th. Get a copy from Mr. Aiello in the career office, or from the career programs slat board outside of the counselling centre.

Homework club’s meeting is today at lunch in Mr Kwan’s room 206. Make sure to come if you need any homework help or support from our coaches!

Now an announcement from the Palmer Computer Club: Hello, Griffins! Are you using the future, or are you building it? By now, everyone probably knows that AI is everywhere. However, the people who lead technological innovation in the next couple of years aren’t just the ones asking questions about AI, they are building it. Be sure to join the Palmer Computer Club for a special workshop today at lunch in room 204, where you will learn why you should start programming in 2026, how programming has changed, different careers in Information Technology, and how you can build your own AI tools! It’s becoming one of the most important skills that you should have no matter who you are aspiring to be. There will also be a fun Kahoot with real prizes, don’t forget to stop by and show your support!
