The classic story of Cinderella is retold as a darker adaptation that sees Ash Girl deal with not only her wicked step-sisters and step-mother, but with The 7 Deadly Sins. As she navigates a world full of complicated people dealing with things like greed and anger, she herself must face her own challenge: sadness. Decidedly not a sin but something else entirely, Ash Girl is faced with the option of giving in or finding her light and courage. Aided by friends like Otter and Owl, a few mice and The Fairy in the Mirror, Ash Girl must learn the greatest lesson of all: loving oneself. 

This story is proudly presented by 50+ acting and production students. They have been working for months to welcome you into this fairytale world. Actors and crew have spent 3 months transforming themselves into beloved and recognizable fairytale characters, as well as turning the theatre into a ballroom, home, and forest. With a new lighting board, fog machines, and set pieces, you can expect an excellent experience!
