We’re hosting a free public webinar on Tuesday, April 29th from 6-7 PM, designed to help caregivers build stronger relationships with their teens.
Led by Laura Roy, a seasoned Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 8 years of experience working with teens and families, this session will provide practical strategies to:
- Understand teen behaviour
- Connect effectively
- Set healthy boundaries
- Resolve conflicts for a more harmonious home environment
This webinar is part of our Matters of the Mind series, which aims to contribute to the wellness of all British Columbians by breaking stigma, fostering community connection, and providing empowering information to navigate life’s challenges. Our goal is to reach as many families as possible across BC and offer support to those who may feel overwhelmed during this developmental stage of parenting.
I’ve attached a printable poster and the link to register. Please feel free to share these resources with parents, PACs, or anyone who might benefit from this session. Together, we can ensure that families across the province have access to these essential tools for mental well-being.
Thank you for helping us spread the word!
