Attention Grade 12 students – please check the lists posted on the office windows and let the office know if the name shown is NOT what you want on the graduation certificates/scholarship certificates/grad composite produced at the school level, as well as the name to be announced when walking across the stage at Valedictory.
Please note that all official Ministry of Education transcripts and Graduation diplomas will have the student’s legal names. This cannot be changed.
Please let the office know by February 9th if you want to use a different name than the one posted on the office list.
