Today is Monday, March 2nd, and it is World Tennis Day! Why are fish bad at tennis?

Now an announcement from Crochet Club:
"Crochet club is having a Start-of-Spring sale just before the break. Check out our
chocolate-covered strawberries and crocheted butterfly keychains this week during preorders!"
Our table tennis team did an exceptional job at representing Palmer at the BC Secondary Schools Provincial tournament Friday and Saturday at St. George's Secondary School in Vancouver.
Dylan Li (grade 8), Anson Yuan (grade 11), and Hank Cheng (grade 11) all played well in singles and doubles competitions.
Miranda Se (grade 12) and Helena Se (grade 8) received Bronze for Girls Doubles play. Jayme Li (grade 11) and Jessica Bai (grade 10) received Silver in Girls Doubles.
In Girls Singles, Jayme was the Bronze Medal Winner.
In Mixed Doubles, Jayme and Raymond Liu (grade 11) were perfectly paired and were awarded GOLD!
In Girls Team, Jayme, Jessica, Helena and Miranda took first place and brought home the GOLD!
Congratulationsteam, this was an amazing performance, showcasing your talent and dedication to the sport!
Palmer's Table Tennis Team also won against McRoberts Thursday to capture the Richmond Championships. Congratulations team for a great season! We've got the trophy for another year! Thank you for all of your hard work and team work!

Hey Griffins! The CEMC Euclid math contest is coming up! If you’re interested in writing it, come to Mr. Kwan’s room Tuesday at 3:00 for tryouts. See you there!
