Attention all club presidents and sponsor teachers, if you wish to have an announcement published, please send your announcement to rcpalmerjournalism@gmail.com along with the days you would like the announcement shared. We require all announcements to be sent by 12PM the day before you’d like the announcement shared (eg. send your email by Tuesday at noon if you wish to have your announcement in Wednesday’s Pulse).

Any grade 8 girls interested in playing Basketball this year should come to the small gym this Thursday Oct. 7th at the beginning of lunch.

Grad Committee has postponed the Car Wash due to the rainy weather forecast this week. They are tentatively rescheduling to Tuesday October 12th but will send out another announcement once the date is set.

Art club will have a meeting in the art room during lunch on Wednesday. They are a drop by club, so anyone is welcome.

Our Career Advisor Ms. Mayer will be hosting a session for grade 11 and 12 ELL students who are looking for more information about IELTS, TOEFL and other requirements for post-secondary. She will also be sharing information specific to International students and their applications to BC colleges and universities.

Are you in grade 10, 11 or 12 and interested in getting credit for a language you already know? If you speak French, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Punjabi or Spanish, you may be eligible to take a challenge exam for credit. Come to an information session in room 129 at 9:30 Tuesday October 19th during PLT time to learn more. Completed forms are due by November 5th to Ms. White or Ms. Gill.
