Palmer Term 1 Report Cards - Parent Portal Account Required
As we approach our first report card of the year, which will be posted on Friday, December 13th, we encourage parents to take the time to make sure that you can easily access your MyEd Parent Portal account. If you have not set up your Parent Portal account on the MyEducation BC website then you must do so in order to view your child’s Term 1 Report Card. In addition, if you already have an account but it is telling you that your password has expired, please follow the prompts to set up a new password and this should alleviate the issue. Please note that the password must contain at least one capital letter, one lower case, one number and one symbol, and must be at least 8 characters in length. User instructions for the Parent Portal can be found under the Parents Tab on this website.
No Parent Portal Account or New To Palmer?
For those parents who have not yet set up your Parent Portal account or are new to Palmer, you should have received an email from MyEducation BC. This email message will contain a link to your Parent Portal account. Please follow this link to set up your account in preparation for the online distribution of Term 1 Report Cards. If you have not received this email, first please check your “junk” folder for this message, otherwise send an email to email@example.com, in the subject line put Parent Portal and in the message include the following: Student’s Full Name, Pupil #, Parent/Guardian Name, email address and the problem you are having.
Accounts have been created using email addresses previously provided to the office. If you did not provide your email address, if you need to update it, or if you are experiencing any other problems, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line please put Parent Portal, and in the message include the following: Student’s Full Name, Pupil #, Parent/Guardian Name, email address and the problem you are having. Please note that you can retrieve your password information by using the “forgot password” option on the MyEd login page.
