Congratulations to Jasmine Manango who as been shortlisted as a Loran semi-finalist

Congratulations to Jasmine Manango who has been shortlisted as a Loran semi-finalist.  Jasmine will attend regional interviews in Vancouver on November 30th as part of the selection process for the Loran Awards, Canada’s largest and most comprehensive undergraduate scholarship program.

The Loran Scholars Foundation received over 4,000 applications this year from schools across the country. Only the top 10% of candidates are selected as semi-finalists, based on evidence of character, service and leadership potential.

After regional interviews, 84 students across Canada will be invited to interview at the national level. Up to 36 students will be chosen as Loran Scholars, after national interviews, with each scholar receiving a Loran Award valued at $100,000 over four years.

The Loran Scholars Foundation is a national charity that identifies and supports young leaders of character. For more information, visit www.loranscholar.ca
